St. Augustine's Church is an open and accepting community of Christians enthusiastic in love and prayer, warm in sharing God's gifts with one another, excited about education, and devoted to helping those in spiritual or material need around us. Annual Meeting Date Set  Ministry Reports due on January 15^th 

Dear Sisters and Brothers in Christ:

It is the duty of all Episcopalians who are members of the church to take their share in the business of the parish at its Annual Meeting, unless prevented by infirmity or urgent cause. Ours is January 25^th following a single service at 9 am . But beyond duty, sharing in the decision-making of the parish builds up the church community!

Your leaders will try to make the meeting pleasant, fun, and efficient. Come and say thank you to last year’s leaders, elect and welcome 2009 leaders, approve the 2009 budget the vestry and finance committee have recommended, and hear reports of our life together. If you are a baptized Communicant member in good standing (i.e. coming to worship here), 16 or older, and contributing to the church, you have a vote. Anyone regularly attending worship may have a voice. There will be child care and a potluck brunch - please bring some food to share. See you there!
